He was predeceased by: his parents, George Annis and Audrey Annis (Olsen); and his stepfather James Fetter. He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Alley; his daughters, Jennifer Annis of Faribault and Amanda Annis of Faribault; his grandchildren, Cameron Annis, Braylon Malloy, Makayla Annis-Bauer, Vincent Fuller and Layla Wenker; and his siblings, Jayne Roder of Chippewa Falls, WI, Jacqueline Rodriguez of Milwaukee, WI, Jon Annis of Phelps, WI and Gayle Krecklow (Dan) of Eau Claire, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
