We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2025, at the age of 88, Charlene Joyce Ubl of Mankato, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Tischer and Hedwig Tischer (Behnke); her husband Leonard Ubl; her daughter Susan; her sons-in-law, Neal Cooper and Tim Lyons; her great grandchild Kaden; and her sisters, Rena, Doris and Bernice.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Cooper (Dan McKinley) of Mankato, Nancy Lyons of Belle Plaine and Jeanne Hassing (David) of Mankato; her grandchildren, Amy Everett (Alan), Sara Palmer (Tyler), Andrew Carpenter (Jenn), Eric Lyons (Jenny), Stephen Lyons (Ashley), Laura Whittington (Adam) and Ryan Hassing (Ashton); her sister Betty Dorn; and her sister-in-law Beverly Ubl. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (423 W 7th St, Mankato, MN 56001). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to SCHOLA, designating the Len and Charlene Ubl memorial scholarship fund.
