It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Hill of Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlyle Hanson and Esther Hanson (Nimz); and her former husband Tom Hill of Medford. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn and Melanie Ritter (Dan); her grandchildren, Kurt Sohn (Cristina) and Lani Viljoen (Chris); her great grandchild Karter Sohn; and her siblings, Mary Hogstad (Ron), Dick Hanson (Carol), Bob Hanson and Marsha Madigan (Scott). She is also survived by her parents for 7 years, with her daughter and grandkids for 10 years and with her sister for 3 years.
