He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foster and Loretta Foster (Keltgen). He is survived by: his sister Gayle Foster; his niece Melissa; his nephew Eric; and his great-nephews, Nathan and Ethan. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins.
