He is survived by: his wife MaryLynn Devens; his sons, Thomas Andrew Devens (Jessica) and Daniel Robert Devens (Ashley Ferguson); his grandson Blake Thomas Devens; and his siblings, Jim Devens, Mary Jane Fitcher and Julie Devens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
