She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Kopischke and Anna L. "Nora" Kopischke (Bresnan); her siblings, William J. Kopischke (Guida), Alice Simmonds (DeWayne) and Arlene Kopischke; her nephews, Patrick Simmonds and Andrew John McCargar; and her brother-in-law John Hayden Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Vermeersch; and her sisters, Caroline McCargar Jones and Rosalie Adams (Donald). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
