She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frederick Searing and Beatrice Searing (Read); her husband Jim; her sons, John McGuire (Amy), Peter McGuire (Kimberly) and Colin McGuire (Louisa Woodfull-Harris); her siblings, Wendy Peterson (Clayton) and Rick Searing (Susan); and her grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Jillian, Quinn, Ellen and Frederick.
