He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Kahtava (Sue) of Virginia, Susan Haeror of Gilbert, Judy Kvitek of Gilbert and Barb Kahtava (Phil Erickson) of Iron. He is also survived by one uncle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
