He is survived by: his wife Gayle Koecher; his children, Ray Van Guilder (Michelle) and Heidi Johnson (Shane); his siblings, Tom (Ruby), Rodney, Donny (Gail), Chuck Van Guilder, Anna Mae Varnes, Lucy Van Guilder and Tammy Woodall (Ray); his siblings-in-law, Teddy Erickson, Steve Koecher, Craig Koecher (Kim), Shirley Van Guilder and Sheila Crews (Don); his stepgrandchildren, Trevor (Jen), TJ and Megan; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Mason, Joe and Grace; and his godchildren, Chris Erickson, Derrick Koecher and Mara Crews.
