He is survived by: his sister Doris Duke; his friend Café; his children, Debi Madison (Edward), Glenice Tomczak (Florian) and James Richards (Kim Wait); and his siblings, Wayne Richards (Karen) and Joyce Hakala. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
