He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Pendergast and Lenore Pendergast; and his sister Rae. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Trudell Pendergast; his children, Deborah, Timothy, Susan, Robert III and Joanne Pendergast; his grandchildren, Anthony Sindt, Kristine Sindt, Timothy Pendergast Jr. and Vanessa Pendergast; and his great grandchildren, Aidan Pendergast, Athena Ablan, Eris Ablan and Abby Woolley.
