Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Lutheran Church (900 Stillwater Rd, Mahtomedi, MN 55115). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. Before leaving the country, he re-met the love of his life, Mary Hibbard, with whom he corresponded from afar, and whom he married (in a hotel room with a 103 fever due to that year's flu pandemic) on November 30, 1968, mere weeks after returning from the war.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the St. Andrew's Foundation or the LBDA (Lewy Body Dementia Association).
