He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Dombu and Gunvor Slette; and his stepfather Oscar Slette. He is survived by: his wife Adis; his sister MariAnne Gross (Maynard); his stepsisters, Grace Nichols (Darrol) and Charlotte Paskey; his niece Annelisa Neely (Jason); his nephew Erik Gross (Debbie); his great-nephew Roy Gross; and his great-niece Carina Gross.
