He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony; his spouses, Wally (Mardelle), Lucille (Milo Winter) and Marvin (Eleanor); and his siblings-in-law, Ray (Ardelle), William (Sig), Gilford (Dorothy), Earl (Loyal), Philip, Ethel (Oris Morken), Alta (Ted Winter) and Mavis (Everett Wermager).
He is survived by: his son Darvin Schoenborn (Terry); his grandchildren, Amanda Grensteiner (Mike) of Bismarck, ND, Brent Schoenborn (Amber) of West Fargo, ND and Chris Schoenborn (Stacey) of Fargo, ND; his great grandchildren, Brody, Landon, Ella, Eli, Ben and Isabelle; his brother Delmar Schoenborn (Betty); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Schoenborn, Pat Schoenborn and Donna Rogers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
