Kathryn Haddeland Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Kathryn Haddeland of Mahnomen, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Hatlen and Ethel Hatlen (Murdoff); and her siblings-in-law, Gerold Trom, Donavon Haertling, William Haddeland, Steven Haddeland and Laila Trandem (Haddeland).
She is survived by: her children, Kathi and Kaare; her husband Kaare Haddeland; her children, Kristin (Matt Gordon) and Jon (Kelsay Shorter); her grandson John Thor Buoncristiani; and her siblings, Virginia Trom, Peggy Lou Haertling and Theodore Hatlen (Ellen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Over the years, she was a member of the Altrusa International Foundation, a non-profit that focuses on literacy and education for all, and the New Mexico State Library Association.
