She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Fairbanks and Mary Jane Folstrum; her daughter Mindy Swan; and her siblings, Shirly Adams, Denise Dahl and Freddy Fairbanks.
She is survived by: her former husband David Wells; her daughters, Kerri Jourdain (Terry) of Laporte, MN and Sarah Headbird of Cass Lake, MN; her siblings, Will Klaus (Lorraine), Sylvia Jean Lemay (Eddie), Liz Pierce (Gary) and Missy Fairbanks (Cliff); and her grandchildren, We'eh and Lorrie Lemay.
