With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn R. Hanson of Mahnomen, Minnesota, born in Crookston, Minnesota, who passed away on February 9, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hanson and Edith Hanson (Grunhovd); his sister Barb Strehlow; his brothers-in-law, Ron Rohweller and Rick Hand; and his father-in-law Ervin "Sonny" Voit.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Voit of Mahnomen; his children, Nathan of Brookings, SD and Breanna of Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Dakotah and Dejanelle of Mahnomen; his siblings, Brad of Winger, MN, Bev Rohweller of Detroit Lakes, MN and Luanne Mjelde (Ritch) of Willmar, MN; his brother-in-law Jim Strehlow of Hamel, MN; his mother-in-law Bernice Voit of Mahnomen; and his siblings-in-law, Duane Voit (Geri) of Dilworth, MN, Deb Hand of Moorhead, MN and Diane Omberg (Dean) of Hawley, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Michael's School or a charity of your choice in Glenn's memory.
