He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Neisen and Elizabeth Neisen (Kucera); and his brothers, Steven and Roger. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Neisen (Jocelyn Kremer) of Fargo, ND and Kimberly Neisen (Lucas Fillbrandt) of Fargo, ND; his siblings, Robert (Ginny) of Mahnomen, Mike (Debbie) of Mahnomen and Judy Neisen of Clyde, MO; and his sister-in-law Carol Egstad (Terry) of Grand Forks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
