He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pergl and Delora Pergl (Wille); and his siblings, Janice, James Jr., Kenny, Steve and Jack.

He is survived by: his daughter Shawna Geray (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Kylie of Winger, MN and Ethan of Winger, MN; his girlfriend Janice Antell; his granddaughter Shelly; his great grandchildren, Divinity and Rylee; and his grandchildren, Andrea and Jordan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
