She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Roy and Millicent Roy (Mielke); her husband Edwin "Pete" Bruggeman; her son Steve; her grandson Brandon Rodlund; her great grandchild Rhett Pavek; and her niece Paula Roy Robinson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda McCauley (Jim), Sandra Rodlund (Greg) of Durbin, ND and Heidi Pavek (Greg) of Waubun, MN; her grandchildren, Joe (Kristi), Sheldon (Jodi), Peter, Tyler Bruggeman, Jim, Jared McCauley (Ashley), Megan Syria (Matt), Amber Kautz (Alex), Sarah Dutt (Matt), Dan (Melissa), Justin (Brittany), Kelsey, Jacob (Kenzie) and Tommy Pavek (Cassie Keough); and her brother Paul Roy (Rose) of Naytahwaush, MN. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
