She was predeceased by: her parents, Johannes Schmoll and Sophia Schmoll (Pawlikchek); her husband Louis Walz; and her brothers, Floyd and Dennis Schmoll.
She is survived by: her sons, Leland Walz (Mary) of Mahnomen, MN and Allan Walz (Vonnie) of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren, Dawn Welch (Andrew), Carrie Stevens (Ronnie), Danielle Walz, Terry Walz and Danny Walz; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Fonda, Alyson Welch, Andrew "Buddy" Welch Jr., Catlin Stevens and Isabell Stevens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
