We bid farewell to Valle Ruby of Madison, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 6, 2025 at the age of 85. Valle touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Earl Ruby and Myrtle Ruby (Stone); his wife Lorraine; his siblings, K. C. Ruby, Jean Ohm, Margaret Zahnow, Waneta Heaton and Leola "Punky" Willis; and his great grandchild Acelyn Raine Taffe.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Ruby (LeAnn) of Nassau, MN, Jim Ruby (Rita) of Red Wing, MN, Cindy Herridge (Brian) and Cathy Bergerson (Brian) of Madison, MN; his stepdaughter Lisa Converse (David) of Watertown, SD; his grandchildren, Jessica Roggenbuck (Pat), Missica Lowe (Matthew), Vanessa McFarland (Jerry), Eric Wendland (Rena), Brandon Bergerson (Alysha), Devan Bergerson (Amy), Calista Taffe (Brady), Austin Haan (Madison), Zachary Haan, Crystal Dahl and Noah Stone; his great grandchildren, Korinne, Kylie (Jorge), Kendra, Tyler (Taryn), Caden, Nathan, Jocalynn, Carson, Branson, Zoe, Everett, Bennie, Henry, Rocky, Aceton, Huxton, Alexis, Brooklyne and Macie; his great great grandchildren, Camryn, Maverick, Lincoln, Rose and Luna; his siblings, JB Ruby (Bette) and Mary Beth Baukol; his brother-in-law Lou Heaton (Elaine Ruby); and his close friends, Maggie Parker and Catherine Merchant. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Zahrbock Chapel (108 2nd Ave, Madison, MN 56256). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Zahrbock Funeral Home (108 2nd Ave, Madison, MN 56256).
