He is survived by: his brother Johnnie Hastad; his children, Carol Laffoon (Robert), Bradley Hastad of Coppell, TX, Larry Hastad of Willmar, MN, Mark Hastad (Trudy) of Madison, MN and David Hastad (Kari) of Lakeville, MN; his grandchildren, Anna Laffoon, Beth LaForge (Chad), Nicole Cook (Paul), Brittney Huisinga (Aaron), Haylee Hastad, McKenzie Hastad, Jessica Rolwes (Peter), Matthew Hastad, Thomas Hastad, Tiffani Hastad, Zachary Hastad and Benjamin Hastad; his great grandchildren, Rowyn Luebke, Liam, Ethan Rolwes, Cody, Chace LaForge, Bradley and Abigail Cook; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Aiello of Martinez, CA and Arline Skjei of Appleton, MN..
