She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Sorby and Emma Sorby (Rosin); her brother Merlin; her husband Charles M. Buffington; and her son Don.
She is survived by: her children, Lee (Wilma), Doug (Karleen) and Beth Schmidt (Steve). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 22 great-great grandchildren.
