She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob James and Stella Margaret Neubert (McHugh); her son-in-law Allan Pascua; her brothers, Jake Neubert (Katie), Ken Neubert (Eileen), Ray Neubert (Sue) and Jim Neubert; and her brother-in-law David Masberg.
She is survived by: her former husband Jerome Earl Westphal; her husband Jerry Westphal of Madison Lake; her daughters, Janine Perrault (Jim) of St. Cloud, Barb Dettloff (Steve) and Mary Pascua of Waseca; her grandchildren, Alan Perrault (Beth), Ann Losinski (Tyler), Matt Perrault, David Perrault, Daniel Perrault, Michael Dettloff, Joe Dettloff, Eric Dettloff and Sarah Dettloff; her brother Paul Neubert of Mankato; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Neubert of Colorado Springs, CO and Judy Masberg of Mankato. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family prefers memorials be directed to either Loyola Catholic School, SS.
