With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Timothy Sturm of Madison Lake, Minnesota, born in Mankato, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sturm and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Sturm (Berendt); his sister Mary Fuller; and his parents-in-law, Ernest Betlach and Mary Ann Betlach.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Madison Lake; his children, Leah Sturm (Eric Kalin) of Eden Prairie and Joseph Patrick Sturm of Minneapolis; his granddaughter Valentina "Valley" Kalin; and his brother Robert Sturm (Karen) of Blaine. He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to St. David's Center for Child and Family Development in Minnetonka or the Madison Lake Fire Department.
