He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Henry and Charlotte Pearl Annis (Mason). He is survived by: his wife Debra Kay (Lang); his children, Rhonda Barr (Rodney) of Mapleton, MN, Tonya Tierney (Shawn), Jessica Ybarra (Peter), Richie Annis of Mankato, MN and Shane Annis (Candice Growe); his grandchildren, Jacob, Brandon, Taylor, Brooklyn, McKenna, Zoey and Brynley; his great grandchild Leighton; and his sisters, Carol Redman (Richard) and Sandie Haedt (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
