It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Slinger of Madelia, Minnesota, born in Slayton, Minnesota, who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Slinger and Verna Slinger (Staab); and his siblings, Jerry Slinger and Londa Jane Slinger. He is survived by: his former wife Lori Marco; his children, Valarie Slinger of Fulda, MN and Robert Slinger (Jessica Erdman) of Adrian, MN; his grandchildren, Dalton (Chalyn), Natalie, Quinn, Ezekiel and Lettie; and his siblings, Karen Knaak (Ray), Deb Slinger (John), Dan Slinger (Kathy), Dave Slinger (Jacque), Tom Slinger (Cindy), Tim Slinger, Maria Hopkins (Ken), Cindy Filkins (Dayle) and Angela Putnam (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Per MN Executive Order, masks will be required, and social distancing and occupancy limits are to be followed.
