He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Elkins and Leona Elkins (Keech); and his sister Bonnie Michels. He is survived by: his former wife Katherine Cassavant (Kathy); his wife Kathy Elkins; his siblings, Ron Elkins and Jean Cole (Dotta); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Cassavant (Becky), Sandi Cassavant, Mary Rose Cassavant and Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and even a few great, great nieces and nephews.
