She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Forsyth and Marie Forsyth; and her brother James Forsyth. She is survived by: her siblings, Mark Forsyth (Diane), David Forsyth (Charlene), SueAnn Forsyth (Dale Schuch), Nancy Forsyth and Michael Forsyth (Melanie Menning); and her close friend William Jarvis. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
