It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leota Mae Brudelie (Madelia, Minnesota), who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leota Mae Brudelie to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Brudelie; her son Donald; her stepson Dennis Brudelie; her siblings, Ruby Randall, Elta Erickson and Arden Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Kermit Randall, Donald Erickson, Carlton Brudelie, Evie Walrath, Delores "Sistie" Smith and Dorothy Wischmann.
She is survived by: her son Alan (Diane) of Lewisville; her grandchildren, Ryan (Julie) and Aaron (Molly); her son Richard of Madelia; her granddaughter LeAnn Szczech (Dustin); her sons, Norman of Lewisville and Paul (Debra) of Pemberton; her grandchildren, Wendolyn Ring (Tony) and Michael (Amber); her stepdaughter-in-law Nancy Brudelie of Orefield Pennsylvania; her great grandchildren, Colby, Carter Brudelie, Carson, Dylan Ring, Sydney, Peyton, Aubrey Brudelie, Makenna, Malakai, Aayla, Amaya Brudelie, Lydia, Ellie, Grady Szczech and Jared Brown; her brother Wayne Smith (Elaine) of Lewisville; her sister-in-law Violet Brudelie of Fairfax; and also, Jana Brown (Jerry) and Jay Brudelie (Ann). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to the Madelia Community Hospital Foundation.
