We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2020, Everett M. Christensen Jr. of Madelia, Minnesota, born in New Ulm, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sybil; his children, Brent Christensen (Anne), Dawn Schneider (Mike), Glen Christensen (Brenda) and Sue Christensen (Mo Lackland); his grandchildren, Gayle Chandler (Troy), Joseph Christensen (Pamela Potthoff), Gibraun Christensen (Takia), Kirsten Christensen (Devin Goor), Kellen, Cory Schneider, Zoe Fields, Emma and Ethan Christensen; his great grandchildren, Drew, Brayden, Colten Chandler, Gabby Goor, Cash Christensen, Kahlil Christensen and Waiting; his parents, Everett Christensen and Hildegard Christensen (Amann); his nephew Mark Schmidt; and his grandson Terry Goettsch.
Covid19 guidelines will be followed, including wearing masks and social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Father Alexander Berghold Society in New Ulm and the Everett M. Christensen Sr Scholarship through the Madelia Area Chamber of Commerce, the Madelia Community Hospital Foundation or the Watonwan County Historical Society.
