He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Madden and Rose Madden (Tucker) of Lynd; his former wife Lori Weinzierl; his wife Kathy Humphrey; his siblings, Bradley Madden (Ngatiatik "Lisa") of Long Lake and Dawn Zerr (John) of Marshall; and his nieces and nephews, Jenny Huffman (Joey), Jeffrey Madden, Elizabeth Madden, Sabrina Madden, Almyra Madden, Raymond Madden, Phoebe Madden, Bradley Madden, Dani Putra, Zachary Zerr (Christine), Jacqueline Bobholz (Jamie) and Leo Zerr (Danielle). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to an animal shelter.
