It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol DeWispelaere of Lynd, Minnesota, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol DeWispelaere to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Giles and Marjorie Giles (Rokeh); her brother Roger; and her siblings-in-law, Janice Giles, Don Laabs, Jerry Possail, Juanita Giles and Shelba Giles.
She is survived by: her children, Dan DeWispelaere (Dawn) of Luverne, Laurie DeWispelaere (Jay Johnson) of Glennallen, Angie DeWispelaere (Hans Schernthaner) of Big Sky, Montana and Dave DeWispelaere (Angela) of Loveland, Colorado; her grandchildren, Nicholas DeWispelaere (Bobbi), Abby DeWispelaere (Shane Oehlerts), Vince Johnson (Kristin), Vanessa Duley (Andrew), Daniel and Alyssa DeWispelaere; her great grandchildren, Harper, Tejay DeWispelaere, Alex DeWispelaere, Ryder, Cash, Winter Johnson and Nathan Duley; and her siblings, Kenneth Giles, Colleen Enga (Russ), Barb Possail, Darell Giles (Lois) and Donnie Giles (Mary).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Carol Giles DeWispelaere Dollars for Scholars Scholarship (Luverne), American Heart Association, American Diabetic Association, or Generations Senior Citizens Center (Luverne).
