He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pederson of Lyle, Minnesota; his sons, Neal Pederson (Shelley), Jeffery Pederson (Dea) and Bryan Pederson (Kim); his grandchildren, Marshall Pederson, Carma Pederson, Alisson, Blake, Wyatt, Wayde Pederson, Brett, Dylan and Brynn Pederson; his half-brother Joe Lubenow of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Russell Miller (Jo), Charlene Abraham (Bob) and Ria Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
