She was predeceased by: her parents, Mense Fossey and Amy Fossey (Rustad); her husband Emery Price Jr.; and her siblings, Margaret, Allen and Leo.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Tolosky (Bernard) of Beulah, ND, Steve Price of Racine, MN, Randy Price (Nancy) of Kasson, MN and Jane Price (Tom Eull) of Rochester, MN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.

Memorials are preferred to Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Lyle.
