He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive parents, Elmer Rathjen and Maxine Rathjen; his wife Ruth Rathjen of Lyle, Minnesota; his daughter Julie LeAnna Feast (Paul) of Houston, Texas; his sisters, Joyce Blank and Edyna Wayne; his parents, Elmer Rathjen and Maxine Rathjen; his parents-in-law, Everett and Ethel Tebay; his nephews, Peter Blank, Jason Wayne and Lee Tebay; his brothers-in-law, Bruce Blank and Franklin "Sonny" Tebay; and also, Ella Rudlong, Gladys Davis, David Tebay and Donald Tebay. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
