He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Patterson and Enid Patterson (Sampson); his sister Shirley Mae; his nephew Scott; and his great-nephew Trenton.
He is survived by: his brother Dave; his niece Dawn (Josh); his nephews, Jeff (Johan) and Darin (Kristy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zycick, Killan, Jacy, Seth, Keylee, Wyatt, Rowan, Colby, Xander, Corey, Britney, Megan and Derick; his pet Shady; and also, Jace, Sawyer and Iyla. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
