With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wava J. Zoet (Luverne, Minnesota), born in Rock Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on June 17, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Smythe and Leona Smythe; and her siblings, Joseph Smythe, Beverly Ann Smythe, George Patrick Smythe, Donald Jerome Smythe and Richard John Smythe.
She is survived by: her husband Henry; her children, Roscha Sweetman (Jeff) of Sioux Falls and Lowell (Glenda) of Lebanon, Missouri; her grandchildren, Ryan Zoet of Aberdeen, Katie Eaton (Joshua) of Jefferson City, Kayla Zoet of Chicago and Keri Zoet of Lebanon, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Jacob Dean Zoet, Jordyn Renae Zoet of Lebanon and Lyllith Rayne Eaton of Jefferson City; and her brothers, Tom Smythe of Belle Plain, Theodore "Ted" Smythe (Linda) of Rifle and David Smythe of Ellsworth.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Loan Closet in Rock Rapids, Iowa.
