She is survived by: her spouse Theola Ray Pendley Jr.; her daughter Tina Petronek (Mike) of Luverne; her daughter-in-law Shelley Pendley of Flowery Branch, Georgia; her grandchildren, Annabell Petronek, Katlin Petronek, Carson Pendley and Mahaley Pendley; her mother Betty Jo Carroll of Georgia; and her siblings, Donnie Carroll (Venita) of Georgia, Ricky Carroll of Georgia and Holly Carroll of Georgia.
