She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Popken and Emma Popken (Marineau); and her brothers, Kenneth, Darrel, Arnold and Wayne Popken.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Winter; her children, Mike Winter (Karen) of Luverne, Brenda Winter (Jim Juhl) of Luverne, Lori Tingle (Dave) of Luverne and Sarah Winter (Clayton Peters) of Luverne; her grandchildren, Trenton Winter (Sydney), Jess Connelly (Kyle), Brandon, Austin and Jordan Winter; her children, Emilia Simmons (Adam), Joe Juhl (Jennifer), Kate Juhl, Bo Biever, Jackson Winter, Sydney Biever, JaShon, Kianna Winter, Kaleah, Kingston Woods, Danika and Isaiah Peters; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Harrison and Isla Winter; her grandchildren, Nathanael, Christian Connelly, Evelyn, Lillian Simmons, Tenley and Addison Juhl; and her sister LuElla Karr of Haywarden, IA..
