He is survived by: his children, Pam Hester of Glendale, AZ, Mary Jo Kavanaugh of Peoria, AZ, Don Lenz, Pat Zens (Joe) of Epiphany, SD, Rick Lenz and Mike Lenz (Stacy) of Glendale, AZ; his grandchildren, Samantha Hester, BJ Kavanaugh, Brittany Carrick (Branden), Miranda Brandt (Austin), Monica Zens (Tom Husman), Brett Lenz (Stephanie), Scott Lenz and Amy Lenz (CJ Karl); his great grandchildren, Liam Carrick, Lincoln Carrick and Seraphina Lenz; and his siblings, Jerry Lenz of Madison, SD and Carolee Lenz.
