He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hamann and Alma Hamann (Ahrendt); his son Jimmy; and his children-in-law, Connie Hamann and Greg Snyders.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Douglas Hamann (Carolyn) of Rolla, MO, Deb Dixon (Ken), Tim Hamann (Carol) of Becker, MN, Gerry Hamann and Terry Hamann (Veronica); his grandchildren, Joshua Hamann, Naomi Hamann, Adam Hamann, Jenna Schaeffer (Jon), Zach Hamann (Laura), Rachel Snyders, Caitlyn Snyders and Hailey Robinson (Hunter); and his great grandchildren, Marta Schaeffer and Eliana Schaeffer.
