She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica, Lindsey and Shannon VanderWeide of Hardwick; her grandchildren, Daishoun VanderWeide and Peter Carvalho; her father Daryl Vander Kooi of Sioux Center, IA; and her siblings, Shane Vander Kooi (Kristi) of Sioux Center and Loun Phompakdy (Phon) of Sioux Center. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew; and other family and friends.
