It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Jullie (Luverne, Minnesota), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on February 12, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James; and her parents, Elmer and Grace. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
