He was predeceased by: his parents, Jorgen Jorgensen (Christian) and Lena Jorgensen (Volden); his daughter Jill; his grandson Joey; and his siblings, Virgil, Nona, Delila, Leslie, Eugene, Pauline, Merlin, Adeline, Allen, Donald, Damon and Janice.

He is survived by: his wife Marchelle Roesner; his daughters, Julie Nord (Steve) of Sioux Falls, SD and Lynne Hobgood (Dale) of Green Valley, AZ; his stepchildren, Stacy Thommes (Mike) of Woodbury, MN, Terri Odell (Rod) of Rushmore, MN and Wade Roesner (Amy) of Worthington, MN; his grandchildren, Mark Ditmarson, Marci Pearson (Jesse), Michael Pruett, Cole, Ian Heather, Logan, Lily Thommas, Brooklyn Martinson (Kyle), Madelyn Odell, Madison, Brayden and Nevaeh Roesner; his great grandchildren, Eden Ditmarson, Oliver, Annalise and Reddick Pearson; and his sister Myrtis Kaarup. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

J. Milton Jorgensen, 94, of Luverne, MN died Sunday, June 16, 2024 in Luverne, MN following a long, hard fought journey with Alzheimer's.
