She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry DeRoo and Caroline "Carrie" DeRoo (Vande Griend); her husband Preston DeJongh; her brothers, Wilmer DeRoo, Henry Lloyd DeRoo and Marvin DeRoo (Betty); and her parents-in-law, Don Melin, Don Van Zee, Wilbert (Bud) and Geneva Van Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Wannetta Lloyd (Ron) of Clear Lake, Lee De Jongh (Cindy) of Hudson, Jolene Walhof (Don) of Pipestone, Charla Sandbulte (Gerald) of Hardwick, Nadine Schoep (Gene) of Edgerton, Barb Gunnink (Tim) of Aurora and Pete De Jongh (Sharon) of Belgrade, Montana; her siblings, Carmen Van Zee of Sunburg, Sharon Melin of Sunburg, Connie TeBrake (Herman) of Brooten, Minnesota and Allan DeRoo of Worthington, Minnesota; and her sisters-in-law, Wilma DeRoo of Brandon and Dorothy DeRoo of Brooten, Minnesota.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
