He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kitchenmaster and Anna Kitchenmaster (Lauck); and his brother Arvin Kitchenmaster. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rapp; his children, Paul (Sherri) of Hills and Kristi Matus (Stephen Scalli) of Boxford, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Devon, Derek, Chandler, Luke and Kyra; his brother Loren (Deborah) of Ardmore, Ala; and his sister-in-law Janice Kitchenmaster of Hawarden, Iowa..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Scholarships within the Little Lambs Pre-school at St. John Lutheran Church.
