She was predeceased by: her parent Clazina Bloemendaal (Bodewitz-Franken); her husband Jake Kooiker; her father Peter A. Bloemendaal; her stepfather Henry Franken; her parents-in-law, John and Johanna Kooiker; and her brothers-in-law, Willis Kooiker (Herman Kooiker) and Don DeBoer (Lawrence Lundberg).
She is survived by: her children, Lois Van Hofwegen (Lawrence) of Castlewood, Cindy Kooiker of Luverne, Ivan Kooiker (Debbie) of Luverne and Robert Kooiker (Lorna) of Pipestone, Minnesota; her brother Pete H. Bloemendaal; and her siblings-in-law, John Jr. Kooiker (Sherry) and Clara Rozeboom (Joyce Bloemendaal). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
