She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas II and Catherine Van Dam II (Herwith); her husband Louis Ossefoort; her grandsons, Kelly Staeffler and Steve Ossefoort; her great grandchild Addyson Ossefoort; her daughter-in-law Tammy Ossefoort; and her siblings, Nicholas Van Dam, III, Gerald Van Dam, Helena Kriens and Joseph Van Dam.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Staeffler (Gary) of Luverne, Gerald "Gerry" Ossefoort (DeAnn) of Fulda, Beverly Martius (Tom) of Luverne, Robert Ossefoort (Bonnie) of Woodstock, James Ossefoort of Grand Rapids, Joyce Roos (Curt) of Edgerton, Doug Ossefoort (Dawn) of Sioux Falls, David Ossefoort (Marjean) of Pipestone and Richard Ossefoort (Lynette) of Luverne; and her sister-in-law Joann Van Dam. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-granddaughters.
